1️⃣ Eligibility for Refund

✅ A refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
✅ If the service has not yet been started or delivered, you may be eligible for a full refund.
✅ If the service has been partially completed, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
✅ Once a service has been fully delivered, no refund will be issued.

2️⃣ Non Refundable Services
👇 The following services are non refundable:
✅ Custom or personalized marketing campaigns.
✅ Services that have already been delivered or executed.
✅ Fees paid to third party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube ad spend).

3️⃣ Refund Process

✅ Email me at support@maminul.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request.
✅ My team will review your request and determine eligibility within 5-10 business days.
✅ If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4️⃣ Cancellations
✅ If you cancel a service before it has started, you will receive a full refund.
✅ If you cancel after the service has started, refunds will be considered based on the amount of work completed.
